Craniosacral Therapy

What is Craniosacral Therapy?

Craniosacral therapy is an advanced form of gentle osteopathic manipulation that seeks to recalibrate, balance, and regulate the cerebrospinal system, as well as the sacral and cranial bones.

This cerebrospinal system is key to our physical, emotional, and spiritual wholeness.

The cerebrospinal pump slowly flows a fluid around the brain and spinal cord (the central nervous system) from deep within four chambers inside the brain called ventricles.

The fluid, much like lymph or amniotic fluid, flows under a tough connective tissue called the dura.

The dura completely surrounds the brain and spinal cord, making this critical system a semi-closed pump of life for the whole body.

The cerebrospinal pulse, also referred to as the breath of life, regulates the entire nervous system and brainwave function while it pulses slowly around 6 to 12 times a minute.

Now, here is the beautiful part almost no one on earth knows:

The harmonic pumping action of a well-regulated, healthy cerebrospinal system is a golden ratio harmonic.

This means it unfolds like the Fibonacci sequence, which is the breath throughout—and creator of—the entire universe.

This golden ratio pump harmonic regulates the brain waves, which also become golden ratio once the pump is reset.

This golden ratio in the brain is known as brain waves of bliss: the heart of spiritual experience and emotional balance.

When the brain waves become golden ratio and blissful, they expand one’s personal consciousness through the cold plasma field around the body—called the biofield or “aura”—to connect directly to the Schumann cascade, the heartbeat of the planet.  This Schumann cascade is also golden ratio, directly matching and connecting to the heartbeat of the entire universe.

Why Should I Get Craniosacral Therapy?

The healing of any form of trauma can benefit, such as:

  • Physical injury, like a car accident, sports injury, or fall.

  • Emotional injury, such as the loss of a loved one, the breakup of a relationship, or lingering childhood neglect, can easily disrupt the flow of this golden ratio harmonic pump system.

In addition, craniosacral therapy helps decompress the vagus nerve in the upper cervical spine, which is the body's superhighway connecting most of the internal organs.

It has been my observation over the years that almost anyone with inflammation, depression, anxiety, or insomnia is dealing with both an agitated vagus nerve and a compromised cerebrospinal pump system.

By recalibrating this one beautifully intertwined system, the result is often rapid pain reduction—or even complete pain elimination—resulting in a blissful mind and relaxed body.

The expansion of spiritual consciousness soon follows.

This allows for better relationships, greater abundance, clearer vision, and more opportunity in life.

Treatment Protocol: What Should I Expect?

With this work, I first seek to reset the cerebrospinal systemic flow by using what we refer to as a CV4 still point.

This brings the cerebrospinal flow into a gentle, relaxing stillness. The body then automatically corrects any errors in the pump action before restarting the pump.

This reestablishes the perfect golden ratio pump action, which reestablishes perfect golden ratio brainwaves, which expand the consciousness of the mind and body to connect to the heartbeat of planet Earth.

The flow then moves to upper cervical and occipital decompression, releasing the vagus nerve.

The client often at this point falls into a deeply tranquil place of stillness and often a restful sleep.

The cranial bones are then realigned and decompressed in order to remove any pressure on the brain and cerebrospinal system.

Synchrony, bliss in the mind and body, and the down-regulation of pain and dysfunction all tie into a perfect harmonious balance, and life can begin again with a fresh, alive panoramic vista of new possibilities, relationships, and abundance.

After over 20 years of practice, I have developed my own style of craniosacral therapy based on the Upledger Institute style but nuanced with much additional education.

Massage Therapy

What Is Massage Therapy?

Massage therapy is one of the oldest and most trusted healing arts on earth. At its core, it is the skilled manipulation of the body’s soft tissues—muscles, fascia, tendons, and connective structures—to restore balance, reduce pain, and support the body’s natural capacity to heal.

After more than 25 years of practice, I view massage therapy not simply as a treatment, but as a dialogue with the body. Every muscle fiber, every area of tension, every place of holding has a story. Through intentional touch, we invite the body to release old patterns, reset the nervous system, and return to a state of ease.

Massage therapy directly supports the physical, emotional, and energetic systems of the body, helping you realign with your natural state of wellness.

How Massage Therapy Works

The body is held together and animated by a vast network of soft tissue. These tissues store stress, trauma, injury, posture habits, and even emotional overwhelm.

Massage therapy addresses these patterns through:

  • Myofascial release to free adhesions and open restricted pathways

  • Deep tissue work to unwind long-held tension

  • Swedish and relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system

  • Trigger point therapy to deactivate painful knots

  • Energy-aware touch to bring coherence to the body’s subtle field

When muscles and fascia soften, circulation improves. When circulation improves, tissues heal. When tissues heal, pain resolves. And when pain resolves, the entire nervous system finally has permission to relax.

This is why so many people experience massage not only as a physical release, but as a profound emotional reset.

Why Should I Get Massage Therapy?

Massage therapy supports nearly every system of the body. Clients often seek treatment for:

  • Chronic or acute pain

  • Neck, shoulder, or lower back tension

  • Stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm

  • Injury recovery or postural strain

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Limited range of motion

  • Nervous system dysregulation

  • Fatigue, adrenal burnout, or trouble sleeping

Massage therapy is also essential for people who simply want to feel better in their body—to move with ease, breathe more fully, and experience life with greater clarity and vitality.

Over decades of hands-on work, I have observed that the body heals best when it feels safe, seen, and supported. Massage therapy creates that environment. It gives the body space to unwind from the inside out.

When the muscles let go, the mind follows.

What to Expect in a Session

A session begins with a brief discussion of your needs—whether physical, emotional, or stress-related. The treatment then unfolds intuitively, guided by:

  • Your body’s natural rhythms

  • Areas of tension or congestion

  • Breath patterns

  • Nervous system cues

I work slowly and intentionally, allowing the body to soften rather than forcing it to change. This approach ensures deeper and longer-lasting results.

Many clients experience:

  • A drop into parasympathetic (rest-and-repair) state

  • A feeling of warmth, openness, or spaciousness

  • Emotional release or inner clarity

  • Gentle unwinding of old holding patterns

  • A renewed sense of groundedness and peace

Massage therapy often leaves people feeling as if the body and mind have been reset—lighter, clearer, and more at home within themselves.

My Approach

After 25+ years as an LMT, my work blends traditional therapeutic massage with an awareness of subtle energy, cranial rhythms, and the body’s innate intelligence. Each session is personalized and shaped by what your body needs in that moment.

My intention is always the same:
to help you return to wholeness, ease, and embodied presence.

Holistic Somatic Therapy

What Is Holistic Somatic Healing?

Holistic somatic healing is a deeply integrative approach that works with the entire human system—body, mind, emotion, energy, and spirit—to unwind patterns of tension, trauma, and disconnection. It draws on the understanding that the body remembers everything, and that true healing must reach beyond symptoms to address the deeper imprint within the nervous system and cellular memory.

With over 25 years of therapeutic experience, I combine the full spectrum of my training—massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, Gendai Reiki, trauma-informed somatic work, breath awareness, subtle energy attunement, and intuitive listening—into a single, unified system of healing.

Somatic healing is not just about touch; it is about awakening the body’s intelligence to restore coherence, safety, flow, and balance throughout your entire being.

How Holistic Somatic Healing Works

The somatic system includes all the ways your body responds to stress, stores emotion, and organizes your lived experience. When something overwhelms us—physically or emotionally—the body often contracts, holds, or “freezes” that experience in musculature, fascia, breath patterns, and the energy field.

Over time, this can show up as:

  • Anxiety or persistent stress

  • Chronic pain or tension

  • Emotional overwhelm

  • Shutdown, numbness, or dissociation

  • Difficulty sleeping or regulating mood

  • Feeling “stuck,” disconnected, or out of alignment

Holistic somatic work gently guides the body back into regulation by combining:

  • Hands-on therapeutics (massage, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release)

  • Nervous system recalibration

  • Energetic harmonizing and Reiki

  • Trauma-informed somatic dialogue

  • Vagal support and breath guidance

  • Intuitive tracking of the body's deeper patterns

Rather than forcing change, we invite the system to unwind on its own terms—safely, organically, and at the pace your body chooses.

When the nervous system feels supported, the entire structure of the body begins to reorganize from within.

Why Seek Somatic Healing?

Holistic somatic work is especially supportive for individuals who have:

  • Experienced trauma (recent or long-past)

  • Chronic pain, migraines, or stress-related disorders

  • Anxiety, depression, or emotional dysregulation

  • Persistent tension that does not resolve with massage alone

  • Difficulty grounding, focusing, or feeling present

  • Fatigue, burnout, or adrenal overwhelm

  • A desire for deeper spiritual or personal expansion

Somatic work helps reconnect you with your own internal signals—your intuition, your body’s wisdom, your ability to feel and release rather than suppress and store.

Clients often report:

  • A profound sense of calm

  • Emotional clarity or release

  • A softening of long-held patterns

  • Reconnection with parts of themselves they thought were “lost”

  • A greater sense of being in their body, not just thinking about it

  • Renewed vitality, openness, and inner alignment

This work is not just therapeutic—it is transformational.

What to Expect in a Session

Each session is highly personalized and unfolds based on what your system reveals. A session may include:

  • Gentle craniosacral balancing

  • Myofascial and soft tissue work

  • Vagus nerve support

  • Energetic clearing and Reiki

  • Guided or intuitive somatic inquiry

  • Breath and nervous-system modulation

  • Subtle unwinding of held trauma patterns

  • Restoring coherence to the biofield surrounding the body

The experience is deeply relaxing, often meditative, and frequently described as a reset for the entire system.

Most clients drop into a state of parasympathetic repair—a place where true healing becomes possible.

My Approach to Somatic Healing

After more than two decades of practice, I no longer see the body as separate systems, but as a single, intelligent field with multiple layers. My approach is to listen—not just with the hands, but with presence, intuition, and attunement.

By blending all the modalities I’ve trained in, each session becomes a unique healing journey designed to:

  • Release what has been held

  • Restore what has been depleted

  • Reconnect what has been lost

  • Reawaken the deeper self

The goal is simple:
to bring the entire being back into harmony, coherence, and wholeness.

Gendai Reiki

What Is Gendai Reiki?

Gendai Reiki is a gentle, powerful, Japanese healing art that restores the natural flow of life-force energy throughout the body. Rooted in the original teachings of Mikao Usui and refined through the Gendai lineage, it blends traditional Japanese spiritual practice with a clear, grounded approach suitable for modern life.

Reiki works by transmitting universal life energy—known as ki—through the practitioner’s hands to support the body’s natural ability to balance, repair, and realign itself. The experience is subtle yet profound, often creating a deep sense of peace, clarity, and inner spaciousness.

After decades of hands-on therapeutic work, I find Reiki to be one of the most direct pathways to reconnecting with one’s innate wholeness.

How Gendai Reiki Works

Reiki operates on the understanding that the physical body and the energetic body are inseparably intertwined. When the flow of life-force energy becomes disrupted—through stress, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or chronic tension—imbalance can show up in both body and mind.

Gendai Reiki helps restore this flow by:

  • Clearing stagnant or blocked energy

  • Harmonizing the biofield around the body

  • Supporting nervous system regulation

  • Encouraging deep relaxation and emotional ease

  • Reawakening the body’s natural healing intelligence

During a session, gentle hands are placed either on or just above the body in specific energetic locations. The energy itself guides the process, flowing wherever it is most needed.

Clients frequently describe the experience as warm, calming, or deeply grounding—sometimes even transformative.

Why Receive Gendai Reiki?

Reiki is a supportive modality for anyone seeking:

  • Stress relief and emotional balance

  • Nervous system calm

  • Trauma recovery support (at a gentle, energetic level)

  • Greater clarity, intuition, and inner alignment

  • Relief from energetic or emotional heaviness

  • A deeper connection to one’s spiritual path

  • Support during life transitions, grief, or change

Reiki does not force; it invites.
It meets you exactly where you are and supports you in moving toward greater harmony.

Many people notice:

  • A shift from fight-or-flight into deep parasympathetic rest

  • A quieting of mental chatter

  • Release of emotional tension

  • Renewed clarity and ease

  • A sense of returning to themselves

Reiki works beneath the surface, often creating subtle but meaningful and lasting change.

What to Expect During a Session

A Gendai Reiki session is quiet, intentional, and deeply restorative. You remain fully clothed, lying comfortably on a massage table while the practitioner transmits Reiki through light or near-body touch.

During the session, you may experience:

  • Warmth or gentle tingling

  • A feeling of lightness or spaciousness

  • Deep relaxation or meditative stillness

  • Emotional softening or clarity

  • A sense of energetic cleansing

Each session unfolds uniquely, guided by what your system is ready to release or integrate.

Reiki is particularly supportive when combined with craniosacral therapy, massage, or somatic work, creating a multidimensional healing experience that supports the entire being.

Our Approach to Gendai Reiki

As a practitioner trained in multiple healing modalities, I use Gendai Reiki to bring coherence and harmony to the energetic field, supporting the deep physical and emotional work happening within the body.

Reiki often acts as the thread that weaves everything together—helping the nervous system settle, helping the subtle body expand, and helping you reconnect with the part of yourself that is always whole, peaceful, and grounded.

My intention with Reiki is simple:
to create a space where your body, mind, and spirit can return to balance and remember their inherent clarity and calm.
